My background:
My family has been involved in MX for 7 decades, myself I started riding in 1976 and was lucky enough to race the British Nationals in the late ’80′s and early ’90′s . My parents owned a motorcycle dealership for almost 25 years and my father ran our local club so MX is very much in our blood. I quit racing in the mid ’90′s for a variety of reasons, but never stopped following the scene, and moved out to the US in ’99. I started riding & racing again 4 years ago and try and get out at least once a week.
I started my graphics business 5 years ago as I wanted to work for myself and have a somewhat flexible schedule. We do all types of graphics; wraps, stickers, banners etc, etc, but as friends and friends of friends kept asking about MX graphics we started to look at that possibility and have now been producing MX graphics for 2 years.
Our Graphics:
We use the exact same materials as the “big” players use for their custom graphics. We researched this thoroughly & tried a bunch of different brands to see how they printed, how the laminate looked , how durable it was , what the adhesives were like to work with , how easy the graphics were to install. We even field tested several sets for a full season to be sure the material was durable enough for us to confidently print out graphics on. When we finished our testing we selected a company to go with and later found out they supply most of the big companies – I guess all our testing wasn’t in vain !
We do all our own designing, printing, laminating & cutting in house- no 3rd parties involved. This means we can get proofs out in a timely manner, turn orders around quickly and we can ensure absolute 100% quality at each step of the process. Because of the research we have done and our ability to control each step of the process all our graphics come with a 6 month guarantee.*
Our Services:
We offer a fixed price of $225.00 for a full custom graphics kit ( our mini bike kits are somewhat cheaper ) to all PR members and their friends & family. The kit includes fork lowers, fenders, shrouds, plates, airbox, swingarm, 3 mini plates & 4 hub decals. The price includes all artwork, logo reproduction, proofing, graphic production & shipping. We can produce your custom graphics from any hand drawn designs, pictures or links to pictures you send to us or just give us an idea of what you’d like and we’ll go from there. If you have any old logos you’d like us to use we can reproduce those from a scanned or digital image.
We also sell each item individually so if you want just set of plates or shrouds we can help you with those as well with preferred Pro Ride pricing.
We have a full library of templates on hand for all the major brands: full size, mini bikes and pit bikes as well as Neck Braces and Boots and we offer Custom Jersey Printing with names & numbers on the rear and logos on the front.
We also offer custom templating services so if you want a kit for your chest protector, for example, you would give it to us and we would template it then produce and install your graphics for you. We have yet to find an item we can’t template ! From Oakley sunglasses to $100,000.00 dollar Swiss made lazer measuring devices we’ve templated pretty much everything.
We also offer an install service: We’ll prep your plastics correctly, install your graphics and run through two post install heat cycles at the correct temperature to ensure maximum adhesion.
We offer Preferred Pro Ride pricing on ALL our graphics not just our MX line so If you do need some banners, stickers or vehicle graphics for your business we can assist you with that.
